​Welcome to Arbutus & Ivy. We are a local florist providing fresh flower arrangements and delivery services within 12 miles of DE45 1EW. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payment
• Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or in-store.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept cash as well as most major credit and debit cards.
• Prices are subject to change due to seasonal availability and market conditions.

Delivery Policy
• We offer delivery within Bakewell, Rowsley, Matlock, Buxton, Baslow, Chesterfield & nearby areas. If unsure please don't hesitate to ask.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
• While we do our best to deliver within the requested time frame, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe place. If no safe option is available, redelivery may incur an additional charge.
A note will be left to inform the recipient of the delivery location.
Delivery Charges
A minimum delivery charge of £5.95 applies to local deliveries. For deliveries beyond an 8-mile radius, the charge will increase based on distance.

Flower Availability & Substitutions
• Flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar variety of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look of the arrangement.
• Colours and designs may vary slightly from photos shown on our website or promotional materials.
Flower Longevity
We are unable to guarantee the lifespan of flowers once they leave our shop. Their longevity depends on external factors such as temperature, humidity, and care.

Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flower deliveries, any and all complaints and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund if preparation has already begun.
• If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assess the issue. Photographic proof must be sent to best help us resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion. If a complaint is made after 48 hours of delivery a voucher may be offered instead of a refund.
Refunds are unavailable after 5 days of the recipient receiving the flowers.

Customer Responsibilities
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact information.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or the recipient refusing the flowers.
Allergies & Care Instructions
• Some flowers and plants may cause allergic reactions or be toxic to pets. Customers should check suitability before ordering.
• Once flowers are delivered, it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow care instructions to prolong freshness.
Liability
• We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled delivery or a refund where appropriate.
Privacy & Data Protection
• Customer details are kept confidential and used only for processing orders and communication. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
