What services do you offer?

We specialize in bespoke floral arrangements for all occasions, including weddings, events, corporate spaces, and everyday deliveries. From bridal bouquets to large-scale installations, we create tailored floral designs to suit your vision and budget.

 

What days do you have a fresh flower delivery?

Our fresh flower deliver for the start of the week for the shop is always on a Tuesday with restocks of fresh flowers  up until Saturday.

 

Do you have a minimum spend for weddings?

From October 2025 we will be introducing a minimum spend of £1,200 for wedding flowers. This ensures we can provide the quality, volume, and attention to detail required for a truly stunning and cohesive floral experience. We don't price match or offer discounts with our wedding flowers as this is to maintain the integrity of designs and work. 

 

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

We recommend booking your wedding flowers at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for popular dates. This gives us time to fully understand your vision and source the best seasonal blooms.

Do you deliver flowers and offer same day delivery?

Yes, we offer local flower delivery within 12 miles of the shop. Same-day delivery may be available if you order before 12pm, you'll need to place the order by phone to receive same day delivery.

What's days do you offer local deliveries?

We offer local deliver Tuesday - Saturday during our shop opening hours.

What time can I expect to my delivery to arrive?

For local deliveries we deliver between 9am and 5pm. During busy times like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas our normal delivery hours may vary and we are unable to guarantee exact times. We do however try and get the flowers to you as soon as possible.

Can I customise my flower order?

Absolutely! All of our arrangements are made to order. You can choose preferred colours, styles, or specific flowers (subject to seasonal availability), and we’ll design something beautiful just for you.

 

What happens if a flower I requested is unavailable?

We work with the freshest seasonal blooms, which means some varieties may be unavailable at certain times. If this happens, we will substitute with flowers of similar value and style, always maintaining the look and feel of your design.

 

Do you offer consultations for weddings and events?

Yes, we offer consultations by appointment. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas, themes, budget, and venue details to create a tailored floral proposal.

 

How do I care for my flowers once I receive them?

To help your flowers last as long as possible, keep them in fresh water, away from direct sunlight, heat, or cold drafts.

 

What do I do if something is wrong with the flowers?

We always aim to provide the freshest flowers available and hope that this isn't the case but we also understand that sometimes things happen. 

If this is the case please email arbutusandivy@gmail.com with a photo of the problem and we will aim to get the issue resolved.

Do you work with corporate clients or subscription services?

Yes, we offer corporate floral styling and weekly or monthly flower subscriptions for businesses and individuals. Get in touch to discuss custom packages.

 

How can I place an order?

You can order flowers via our website, by phone, or by visiting us in person. For weddings and larger events, please fill out our enquiry form or contact us directly to begin the planning process.
